staff kindness shines, but noise control needs work
The staff here was exceptionally helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The range of activities included with our stay was impressive, keeping us engaged and entertained. The indoor and outdoor lounges provided perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the beautiful views of the lake from our balcony.
Noise from other guests disrupted our relaxation in the evening.

Improve cleanliness standards in the pool area!!! Address heating issues for rooms on the second floor!!! Consider better soundproofing for rooms adjacent to the bar area!!!

the pool area was just absolutely unhygienic, and the shower situation was a dreadful experience. to top it off, the rude bartender completely ignored me, clearly more focused on non-guest patrons. honestly, I almost thought this place deserved a good review but then realized I never received the complimentary upgrade I surely deserved.

A Perfect Family Getaway
We had a lovely four-night stay in a Queen Room with Balcony. The views of the lake from our balcony were absolutely stunning. The dining experience exceeded our expectations, especially the delicious homemade pizza at the bar. For families, bringing a bike to explore the area is a must!

good stay but needs improvement
The beautiful lake view from the balcony made our mornings special. The friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere during our four-night stay. Bicycle rentals near the lodge added a fun way to explore the scenic trails around the area. The peaceful surroundings allowed us to unwind after a day of activities.
The noise level from the bar area was disruptive at times, particularly in the evenings.
